Terms of Service & Motorsport Assumption of Risk
Last Updated: November 1, 2026 · Standard: STD-2026-TERMS-01
High Performance Driving is Inherently Hazardous
High Performance Driver Education (HPDE), track days, time trials, and amateur road racing involve significant inherent risks of vehicle damage, physical injury, and death. Telemetry traces, apex lines, braking markers, and video replays hosted on HPDE.tv are educational media tools and do not constitute professional driving advice or guarantee track safety. All participants must hold valid sanctioning body waivers (via TrackDayOS or hosting club).
01. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using HPDE.tv (including all subdomains, APIs, video players, and the TrackZone MultiView console), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
02. YouTube Embedded Content & Third-Party Platforms
HPDE.tv acts as an indexer and curator of public video content. Videos embedded via the YouTube iframe player are governed by YouTube’s Terms of Service (youtube.com/t/terms). HPDE.tv does not claim copyright ownership over third-party videos indexed from YouTube, Vimeo, or social platforms.
03. Driver Submission & Channel Claim License
When a driver or creator submits a video URL through the HPDE.tv intake flow, they grant HPDE.tv a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to index the video metadata, display the public video embed, calculate telemetry rankings, and showcase driver sponsorship bugs on our platform. The creator retains 100% underlying copyright and may revoke listing at any time.
04. TrackDayOS In-Car Safety & Notification Notice
In-car flag notifications (Yellow Flag, Red Flag, Black Flag, Meatball, Sound Limit) provided through our paddock hardware fly-packs and digital HUD are supplemental driver alerts. Manned corner worker flags and trackside light stations always take legal precedence over digital in-cockpit displays.
05. Governing Law & Corporate Entity
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. HPDE.tv is an operational spoke of GreenTree Hosting & Media Group.
